Justin BuchholzTraining: I wake up and do a morning practice with all the pros, work MMA and wrestling, go home, lay around, eat lots of meat. I’ve added more meat to my diet preparing for this fight. I go back to the gym and work out my Muay Thai with Master Thong and spar boxing or Muay Thai, depending on the day. I usually hang out at the gym until jiu-jitsu with Fabio Prado begins - gi or no gi, depending on the day.
