Training: A typical day of training includes heavy conditioning, lots of technique training, and strength training if time and body fatigue permits.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I began training when I was 16 years old. I had a lot of energy and drive and nothing to focus it on until I found martial arts.
What ranks and titles have you held? World War Cage Fighting Middleweight Champion, Ubersmash Middleweight Champion

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means all the blood, sweat, and tears were all worth it. It means I've finally reached my goal.
