TRAINING: Bike to the pool and swim, then bike to the gym to hit pads and rep jiu-jitsu, then bike home. That's my morning. Then go back at night to grapple and spar. I do this twice a week. Then on my other days I do circuit training and repping in the morning with kickboxing and sparring at night. Sunday I rest, with stretching every day throughout the day.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training when I was 4 years old, doing all different types of tournaments, and I started fighting professionally when I was 16 because I love to compete and test myself.
Do you have any heroes? Bruce Lee is one my heroes. I would watch his movies over and over when I was younger and I still keep watching them today. He inspires me
