TRAINING: Wake up at 10am, run for an hour, then eat breakfast. Head to workouts from 12-2, then head home to spend time with the family, eat lunch and dinner, then head back to workouts from 8-10.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means everything to be fighting in the UFC because this is where the best fighters are and that's what I want - to fight the best.
