Jason BrilzTRAINING: My training day varies. On days that I work, I run before work, usually 5:30, then I get a good crossfit or strength workout later in the day. On days that I'm off I have a BJJ or striking class in the morning, then either another crossfit or wrestling practice. Of course this changes quite a bit with a rotating work schedule and having to drop and pick up my kiddos from school. It's really anything but a typical day, but I'm fortunate that I can get all my training in.
