TRAINING: My training day varies. On days that I work, I run before work, usually 5:30, then I get a good crossfit or strength workout later in the day. On days that I'm off I have a BJJ or striking class in the morning, then either another crossfit or wrestling practice. Of course this changes quite a bit with a rotating work schedule and having to drop and pick up my kiddos from school. It's really anything but a typical day, but I'm fortunate that I can get all my training in.

What titles have you held? VFC light heavy title

Do you have any heroes? My dad

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? I get to fight good competition

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? BS in Biology and BA in Sociology

What was your job before you started fighting? Still a Firefighter
