When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in 2008 because I was getting to wrestle for the firefighter Olympics and wanted to get in shape; the gym was a fun place to grapple and get a good workout.
What ranks and titles have you held? I won an Amateur kickboxing belt
Do you have any heroes? I have tons of people I look up too....but my only hero is my 15 year old sister who is battling cancer; she was just recently diagnosed and she is being strong and has no quit!
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? Success, accomplishment, and a dream come true - It is one of the biggest achievements of my life and I look to keep fighting for the UFC.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I went one year to play football, but I am still looking to get an AS in EMS.
What was your job before you started fighting? It was and still is, being a Professional Firefighter and EMT, I am still doing that full time.
Specific accomplishments in pro competition? I hold the state of Florida fastest knockout record of five seconds....
Ranks in any martial arts styles: I don't think there should be a ranking system for toughness...
Favorite grappling technique: A reversal
Favorite Striking technique: One that lands clean.
