Biography

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started in Boxing when I was in my 20's and also competed in body building competitions. Then I saw the UFC and the rest is history.

What ranks and titles have you held? I am the current UWC - UK World LHW Champion.

Do you have any heroes? No

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means everything to me and everything to my country.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No, I had to work from a young age.

What was your job before you started fighting? Doorman and taxi driver

Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? I have competed in several jiu-jitsu and boxing competitions and have won various titles.

Favorite grappling technique: Triangle Choke
