TRAINING: I usually do circuit training and specific training like Muay Thai, Boxing, Submissions. I also do fitness training and between these sessions, I eat my meals and rest.
Thoughts on opponent, Ryan Jimmo? Since he is a very good fighter, I see this fight as a good opportunity to do a promotion of myself for better fights in the future.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started to train when I was 13 years old, because I had a dream to become a black belt and help my family doing what I like.
