TRAINING: A typical day of training for this fight starts off with a 6 o’clock stretch & body prep at the gym. This session is about priming my body for the day. At 11am I will train for two hours, either boxing, Thai, or S&C. Around six or later I will then indulge in some wrestling or BJJ. My weekends consist of hiking, chopping wood, Mountain Biking, swimming, hot yoga, or a nice day fishing.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started after high school while working construction, just to stay busy and in shape. It was the closest thing I could find to wrestling.
