TRAINING: I wake up and do exactly what it’s going to take to win the fight - eat, train, study, rest, repeat.

 

Thoughts on opponent, Joseph Benavidez? I think Joseph is the best opponent to put me in the right spot for a title shot.

 

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started after high school while working construction, just to stay busy and in shape. It was the closest thing I could find to wrestling.
