TRAINING: I am focused on all areas of my game: boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, and wrestling, as well as my strength and conditioning being a big priority. I listen to my body and my coaches, but as always, I am training to get technically better in all areas, and of course I do tons of sparring. I train every day...all day.
When and why did you start training for fighting? My brother pushed me into training to keep me out of trouble on the streets.
What ranks and titles have you held? Legacy 145 & 155 belt. Brown belt in BJJ.
