Biography

TRAINING: My training camp has been great for this fight. I train three times daily. I train my striking with Kru Perez, wrestling with my brother Jose, and BJJ with Macaco Patino. I also focus on strength and conditioning daily along with my fight training. I feel great technically, and physically better than ever. I have lots of great sparring partners to simulate Robert’s style, my game plan is in place, and I'm ready to throw down. I’m so excited to fight in Texas.

When and why did you start training for fighting? My brother pushed me into training to keep me out of trouble on the streets.

What ranks and titles have you held? Legacy 145 & 155 belt. Brown belt in BJJ.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? The world!

What was your job before you started fighting? Construction
