TRAINING: Training is a couple times a day - basically pad work in the am strength and conditioning mid day and technique and game plan training at night. So about 6 hours a day 5-6 days a week.
Thoughts on opponent, Robert Whittaker? He's a tough kid and very athletic. I’m definitely going to test his chin because it's suspect, especially now that he's a middleweight. He's been rocked by welterweights so I'm glad I get to put his chin to the test and welcome him to 185.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I just have a love for stepping in the cage and competing and entertaining the crowd with a great fight. I used to fight on the streets, then found a place to do it legally.
