Chris SpangTRAINING: A typical day of training consists of road work - either a 3 mile jog or short sprints, boxing training and sparring mid-day, strength training at 4 and grappling in the evenings.
When and why did you start training for fighting? When I was four. Fighting is in my blood, my father was a boxer and my older brother Andreas Spang is an MMA fighter too. What ranks and titles have you held? None Do you have any heroes? My brother Andreas "Sweet Swede" Spang and "Saigon" Skipper Kelp Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes, Economics What was your job before you started fighting? I was a night club manager in Sweden Specific accomplishments in amateur competition: Placed 2nd in the European Amateur Championships. Specific accomplishments in pro competition: 2-0 as a professional boxer. Favorite grappling technique: Armbar
