TRAINING: Currently I am training about 5 hours a day, 2 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.
Thoughts on opponent, Colby Covington? Colby has a strong BJJ background. I have been practicing to avoid getting taken down and also practicing escapes. Most my training is still at what I am good at, which is striking and stuffing the takedowns.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training Sanda in 2008. For MMA I only practiced when I had time off from my normal game schedule. I am Mongolian Chinese from Inner Mongolia and nany of my village people are famous Sanda Champions and also MMA fighters such as: Bao Li Gao, Zhao Zhi Long, Zhang Tie Quan, Dai Xiong Hai, Ao Hai Lin, Ching Ge Le. Many of them have multiple titles for Sanda and used to fight in Art of War, Legend, URCC.
What ranks and titles have you held? 2012 National Games 5th place - 85KG, 2010 75KG National Muay Thai Boxing, champion, 2010 75KG Inner Mongolia Provincial Sanda Champion, 2010 KG Inner Mongolia district champion.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? I am new to this, and I think it’s great. I wish to fight in America.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I am in Sports Institute now; when I graduate I will have a degree in martial arts and sports management
