TRAINING: A typical day of training consists of 2-3 workouts a day... The first one is skills training and then strength & conditioning.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training MMA in late 2007… I had wrestled and played football my entire life… I began following the UFC and fell in love.
What ranks and titles have you held? Maximum Fighting Championship HWT Champion, Cagesport HWT Champion and the Rumble on The Ridge HWT Champion.
Do you have any heroes? Jesus Christ
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It’s truly a dream come true.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes, Masters in Business Administration.
What was your job before you started fighting? Quality Systems Engineer.
