Biography
TRAINING: Most days start pretty early for me. I'm usually up at 5:30am and out the door for a run, then followed by strength and conditioning, BJJ, wrestling, and Muay Thai.
When and why did you start training for fighting? Turned pro in 2007
What ranks and titles have you held? BJJ black belt, Japanese Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Raging Wolf 135-pound champ, Ontario amateur Muay Thai champ
Do you have any heroes? No
What does it mean for you to fight in UFC? To fight in the UFC is the highlight of my career. This is what fighters, whether male or female, strive for. I have finally hit the big league; now it's time to prove that I deserve to stay here.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No
What was your job before you started fighting? I used to work at a desk making phone calls all day
Favorite grappling technique: chokes
Favorite Striking technique: knees
