Strengths: Sparring, conditioning, pads, wrestling, BJJ and specifics. I've had two parts to my camp, as always, the first part is in the UK with Team Rough House, getting my fitness up, strength up and rust away, as well as working specifics. The second stage is in Holland....this part of camp is pretty much the same. But we have our secrets. Here I am with Tom “Kong” Watson, Sheldon Westcott, Kenny Johnson and Melvin Manhoef.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started fighting about six years ago. It was a childhood dream to be a fighter, a warrior...and get paid .So when I discovered the UFC and MMA, it was like destiny.
What ranks and titles have you held? Cage Rage British and World Champion, FX-3 World champion, King of the Ring, European and World Muay Thai Champion.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It's a chance for me to showcase my skills on a world level against the best in the world; it's been a long time coming, and I’m excited it's here.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes, I did a diploma in Public services.
What was your job before you started fighting? I've had many. I was in the British Army, I've worked in Marketing, Security and had/have my own businesses.
