Training: I wake up, start training around 12, and then don’t get done until 10 at night. I have four practices a day and about an hour and a half to two hours each practice. When and why did you start training for fighting? June 2007 - to be the World Champion fat lol o well that's just life goes right can't have one without the other lol

lifted some weights today and then went to do a radio show today and then just got home eating then head to marcs gym to do some rolling

just leaving striking unlimited went 25 minutes so five rounds I love punching people lol and i like getting punched as well lol

just got home for shooting with some las Vegas swat team and some guys from American shooters it was fun but had to wake up at 5:30 am
