TRAINING: Lift/run in the AM, Sparring/Grappling in the afternoon, with some conditioning after that. Thoughts on opponent, Kendall Grove? It’s gonna be a great fight. Kendall is a well rounded fighter that posses a lot of challenges, especially with his length. Feeling much better. Getting some more food to eat.
