Thoughts on opponent, Brian Foster? I think Brian Foster is a tough guy who trains at a tough camp. I know this is going to be a tough fight. But I think I will be able to exploit his weaknesses.
When and why did you start training for fighting? About 2002, I started jiu-jitsu tourneys, then started working with Sean Sherk and he said I should fight... that's how it came about.
What ranks and titles have you held? Brown belt in jiu-jitsu, Extreme Challenge 63 tournament champion; IFC middleweight champion.
Do you have any heroes? I'd have to say Sean Sherk and Randy Couture.
